Online surveys are one of the, if not THE, biggest scams you’ll find.

Of all the ads for surveys you’ll find, maybe, just maybe, one of those is legitimate. How do you know which one is the legitimate one? They’ll tell you that you will make a dollar or two per survey and that you will only have a few surveys here and there that you can participate in.

What most of the major survey sites online don’t tell you in their shiny ads are that most of the surveys are targeted surveys. This means that the surveys are intended for specific age groups, specific ethnic groups, or specific individuals (like 20 year old single mothers).

The companies that do the surveys need specific information about their products.

And most of these surveys are offered for free. So think twice before paying to sign up with any website.

Think about it. Why would Wal-Mart pay you to take a survey? If you’re giving them money wouldn’t that make you a little biased towards them? If someone is paying you cash to give them your opinion on their product, I doubt many people are going to trash the product. It’s like a bribe.

That’s why most surveys by major companies like Wal-Mart or Nike or Target are done in their stores or on the phone, or by email.

Also, a lot of the sites online that make huge promises about making huge amounts of money taking surveys offer OUTDATED information. That’s right. They give you information from the big companies that is no longer relevant.

Also, they make big claims like you get to test out cool products, give your opinion, and then keep the product as payment.

Ok, so a major company does this. How many products do you think they’re going to give a way? A hundred? Not more than that. Now how many people do you think sign up at these survey sites? Thousands? Millions?

So how in the world are you ever going to get to test out any products?

You’re not, that’s how.

So what you need to do is realize that you absolutely can earn money completing surveys online.

It’s just that you’re looking at around ten bucks a month.

Don’t spend it all in one place.
